Why you should never ask for a complimentary session from a new personal trainer

Tips

I have no idea where this trend started, but I find it so disrespectful.

Can you imagine if the trend goes everywhere and you start to ask your doctor for a complimentary consultation, an architect for a free work and so on?

So from time to time, I get a random request like that.

In my opinion, a professional that does things like that is not professional and sends a bad image for the whole industry.

We, personal trainers, work very hard to get our qualifications, not to mention insurance, permits and so on. We are talking about thousands of dollars every year.

So let's respect all trainers out there and never ask for a complimentary session.

I know. Can you believe that some people ask trainers for complimentary sessions?
