Weight loss pen, Ozempic

This time it is a pen/injection called Ozempic.

It is a medication that targets diabetes, and one of the side effects is weight loss.

Is that the golden standard for weight loss?

No, it is not.

Weight loss should always be achieved with good eating and exercise.

Medications can be used as a band-aid, and in most cases, they don't address the main issues like food poor choices in terms of quality, food quantity and frequency.
