Eating healthily is just part of being healthy.

So here are the three things that you must eliminate out of your life to be healthy :

-Toxic people. Never allow anyone to put you down. Always listen to your body when you are beside people. If you feel anything strange, run !;

-Alcohol. The mother of all drugs;

-Sugar. The silent killer can also be present in fruit, honey and all sweets.
