The best homemade face mask prescribed by me for my supermodel clients

Tips

If you follow my work, you know that I have a whole system around nature and how we should look after ourselves.

In my first book, The Ricardo Riskalla Training Diet, I described many forms of making beauty products, from deodorants to face masks.

I also created a few homemade face mask recipes, and I would like to share one of them here.

You can do this face mask daily if you want to, or once a week.

It is great for any skin type, age and gender.

I usually recommend this mask for my supermodel clients before they do a fashion show or events.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of rosehip oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of pure lanolin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  • A small pinch of pure L-ascorbic acid
  • Filtered water

Mix all ingredients together, keep adding small quantities of water until you have a smooth paste.

Apply to a clean face and let it work for 1 to 3 hours.

If you don’t use all in one go, keep it refrigerated in the fridge for a week.

Remove it with damp cloth and then clean your face again with a bit of olive oil to remove the excess turmeric.

And done !

Ok the secret is out.

If you make it, post it on your social media and tag me.
