So I have been lucky enough to have met a lot interesting people in my career and I always say that I learn from all of my clients.

I teach and I learn at the same time.

I have learnt so many fitness secrets that I would like to share with you today.

I will keep a lot of them secret, but here are a few that I can share with you.

Number one, is that diet is the most important thing for a supermodel.

Diet is the very thing that will provide the beauty blocks to create the perfect body.

We are talking here about antioxidants, superfoods and a lot of filtered water .

There is no model or supermodel without a perfect diet.

Number two is cold showers. Yes, you heard me right.

Cold is great for the skin and hair.

Number three is rest.

Yes the old sleep. Super underestimated.

Sleep is vital for great skin and body shape.

Of course it is even better when combined with the perfect diet and exercise routines.

Number four is to never exercise in high intensity.

Yes, you know that super high intensity workout ?

Supermodels don’t do that.

High intensity exercises bulk up the body, distort body proportions and beauty is all about balance.

Number five is repetition.

There is a right number of repetitions a supermodel does. I am not talking about a specific number, but the right intensity.

A supermodel does not do 3 sets of 10.
