People think sushi is good.

But it is not.

Number one it is done with fish that has been sitting on the fish market, then at the shops and is not cooked, so it is full of bacteria, parasites and other not beautiful things.

Fish must always be cooked to kills parasites and bacteria.

The second point is that the rice used in sushi has white sugar added to it, and the rice used is refined rice.

As you can see, it doesn't look that great in terms of nutrition.

Then you add soy sauce that is super loaded with sodium, and you have the snack from hell.

So sushi is a no.
