You can have your cake too.

Many of you ask me how to create a healthy cake or muffin, especially for those special dates like birthdays.

So here is my secret recipe for you!

You can make it a big cake or a muffin, the only difference will be the cooking time.

For the muffin, cook it for 15 minutes and for a cake, cook it for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

5 eggs

2 cups of oats

1 cup of coconut cream or yogurt

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 cup of stevia powder

1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

You can also add cacao powder to make a delicious chocolate dessert. In this case, add 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder.

Blend all the ingredients on a high-speed blender.

Add the batter to oiled moulds and place it in a pre-heated 150 degrees oven.

150 degrees for 40 minutes
