Some people have the idea that a good session involves a lot of sweat.

So is that necessary to sweat a lot to have a great workout?

No.

A great session is based on pacing, speed, number of repetitions and intensity.

And none of those aspects is related to sweat.

Another point is the level of knowledge of the person that created the workout.

So next time you train, make sure it is all about quality and not sweat.
