Chinese Instant Pot (pressure cooker) Fitness Recipe

NutritionTips

It is basically based on one single rule: throw everything inside a pressure cooker (instant pot) and bingo!

I hardly follow recipes when I cook. I love to create according to what I have in the house.

But for the purposes of this recipe, I will mention my favourite things to add to this recipe.

Yes, you need to have a pressure cooker, there is no way you can cook this with a regular saucepan, I am sorry.

If you don't have a pressure cooker, please get one, the biggest you can find it.

They are great. This whole recipe will take 20 minutes to cook, and it works.

So in the pressure cooker add the following ingredients: chopped onions, chopped garlic, minced ginger, coriander, mint, parsley, curry powder, turmeric powder, one can of coconut cream, chopped sweet potato, chopped pumpkin, chopped potato, corn, zucchini, chilli, cabbage, kale, cooked beans, cooked chickpeas, sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar, coconut water, dry quinoa, dry broken buckwheat noodles, coconut oil, olives, dry brown rice and anything else you feel like it. Cover it with water until you see 2 fingers of water above the top of all ingredients.

Close the pressure cooker and put it on the stove. When you hear the whistle of the pressure cooker, turn the power down to a minimum and cook for a total of 20 minutes.

Let it cool down a bit, open the pressure cooker and done!

So easy. So delicious!

Make lots of it and freeze it.

That’s so easy and fast to make, you won’t believe it.
