In this article, I would like to talk about the internal changes that my clients have.

One of the most pronounced changes is their increased levels of energy, especially when waking up and in the afternoon, when most people hit a slope of low energy levels.

Other pretty common changes include job changes, relationships that were toxic and had to go, even house changes.

A change that most people get and they love is inner peace. I include in all sessions some form of inner work, and that brings impressive results like mental clarity and focus, not to mention peace.

So as you can see a personal training session with me is not only about calories burnt and the size of muscles.

I am aware of the power of inner changes and how they can and do benefit everyone.
