3 Secrets of the supermodel body

I have been lucky enough to have trained a few supermodels, and a few of them had a few tricks.

One of them has to do with hydration, and yes, they drink at least 3 litres of filtered water a day. Never tap water or mineral water.

I know you have heard that before, but that's true.

The second secret is to avoid hot water on their bodies when they wash their faces, hair and body. Hot water dehydrates the body, and beauty comes from hydration.

The third secret is to never exercise with weights. Yes, weight bulk up the female body and distort female curves.
